The Lord’s message to the Church at Philadelphia in Revelation 3:8 (NIV) says; “…See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut….” God has placed before Christians in Action (CinA) open doors around the world and our missionaries have been walking through them and seeing the blessings of the Lord. In the last decade Glenn Kennedy, our Asian Director, has led medical outreach teams into Cambodia and the Philippines and touched the lives of over 80,000 individuals. Just think of this, 80,000 people receiving medical care because Glenn saw the open door and mobilized teams to walk through it. As these 80,000 were being treated medically, their souls were being ministered to spiritually with thousands making a personal decision to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. When Paul the Apostle went to Troas he found that “…the Lord had opened the door to me” II Corinthians 2:12 (NIV); God is opening the doors to our CinA missionaries in amazing ways and you are part of that ministry through your prayers and regular gifts. Please continue to pray for our CinA staff and missionaries so that we can walk through the doors that the Lord opens and see the blessings of lives changed through the redeeming blood of Jesus. As I enter into this new position as president of Christians in Action Missions International some have asked me what changes will be coming. The changes that will be coming are only ones that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization such as better care of our missionaries and a new missionary training program for short-term and career missionaries. I will be sharing more of these exciting changes in future communications with you. |

| I am rejoicing at what God has been doing through CinA in its first 50 years, but also challenged to realize that we are financially falling behind each month. CinA needs to see an increase in income of $120,000.00 over the next 12 months, so I am asking you to pray towards that end. God can raise up new friends to contribute to CinA this year and He can supply the needed finances through those new friends and through you. PLEASE PRAY! |  Medical missions into Cambodia have been reaching people that would not normally come into a Christian meeting. |
