| Dear Partners in World Outreach, | ||
|
Bob Spencer and I have just returned from our Latin American conference in
Guatemala where we met with national delegates from Panama, Colombia, and El
Salvador. What great people we have! The work in Guatemala started forty years ago and has been growing ever since. As you can see in this issue, people continue to be saved, discipled and joined to local churches. Pray that God will give national leaders the capacity to manage and inspire the ever-increasing number of members under their care to conform to the likeness of Christ. These national ministers are the ones who sustain and expand the ministry long-term when the “foreign missionary” turns over the work. We have several short-term teams heading out this summer to Latin America and West Africa. Even though you may not be able to join a team this summer, your financial support will ensure that these short-termers are properly cared for and that the work continues on unimpeded. As a member of our support team, you are a great blessing to many people. Thank you for digging deeply to support this ministry. As you provide for CinA, may God also provide for you and your families in great abundance. Your gift again this month is needed to continue the lifeline for missions. Faithfulness and consistency is the key, whether giving donations or preaching the Gospel in foreign lands. Thank you for making such a huge difference. To reach a needy world, David Konold |

President PS Your gift to Christians in Action this month will help us get a good start on the summer when giving tends to be reduced and we have the additional responsibility of the summer short-term teams. May God provide extra blessing for you as you are so willing to bless others. |
