| Dear Partner in Missions... | ||
| Have you noticed how problems can loom so large until we seek God and His answers? God relieves fears and gives the response we need. For a “faith” missionary organization like Christians in Action, the problem that we see most often is lack of financial supply. God continues to answer and supply for us, but He is also opening the door to a better way. God is so faithful! | ||
| In order to help us build up our financial support base, He sent us a part-time consultant in development who is addressing CinA’s financial needs with professional solutions. But even professional methods take time to bring results. Pray with us that these solutions will be effective and that resources for missions will become available as never before. | ||
| Whether reaching into the green jungles of Shell, Ecuador or into the blacktop jungles of Sao Paulo, Brazil, Christians in Action missionaries are busy touching people for the Savior. As we read about the suffering of Job or the arduous missionary journeys of the Apostle Paul, their difficulties were endured, their faith preserved and their witness substantiated; down through history they have impacted literally billions of lives. In our own corners of the world, things aren’t much different from Job and Paul because modern day missionaries continue in that same heritage. May God give us all grace to carry on with a witness for Him in good times and in bad, 2 Corinthians 6:3-10. | ||
| As you can see, I find great delight and satisfaction in the work of our missionaries, and I know that you also enjoy reading their reports each month. But your story is awesome, too. I continue to be amazed and grateful for God’s encouragement and supply though your generosity. | ||
