| Dear Friends of Missions... | |||
| As we begin the New Year, we’ll do well to look back over the year past. It is good to see the results of consistent evangelism and discipleship efforts by our missionaries and nationals as they continue to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ. In recent years CinA has also emphasized quality pastoral and leadership training for those national Christians aspiring to serve in ministry. The beauty of these fruitful activities is that they keep going and going. I trust that in the next five years we will see pastoral training programs fully implemented on all of our fields. | |||
| As we work with nationals to win the lost and to proclaim the Gospel, the works of our medical clinics and educational ministries pave the way to the peoples’ hearts. The medical work in the Philippines, Guinea-Bissau and Colombia is well documented, but medical ministry is also part of our work in Guatemala, Honduras, and Ghana. Another key outreach tool has been primary education for children. We are in touch with both kids and parents alike through CinA elementary and kindergarten schools operating in India, Macau, Philippines, South Korea, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Guinea-Bissau. There is much to be said for training up children in a Christian school in unevangelized locations where other outreach projects are progressing too. | |||
| As we look to the New Year, I trust that the Lord will continue to bless many people through these various projects. This newsletter is geared to familiarize you with how to get started on your own missionary adventure. If you have an interest, please let it grab your attention. Perhaps you have a friend who is ready for missionary training or a short-term trip. If so, pass this ACTION along to them. | |||
| It is not difficult to answer God’s missionary call on your life; you just make that "first call" to CinA by telephone and then keep moving through the doors that God opens for you. Don’t let the enemy rob you of the calling and the adventure of serving Christ in missions. | |||
| I look forward to your "first call." | |||

| PS When God calls you to missions, be ready with the answer yes. When you tell God yes, be ready for adventure. When you find adventure in serving Jesus, you’ll know the satisfying fulfillment that can only come from the heart of God Almighty. | |||
