  A ministry to international students is located in the city of Cardiff. This ministry is under the umbrella of the Southern Baptist Foreign Missions Society from the U.S., and attracts international students and missionaries from various countries around the world. The ministry places international students in the homes or apartments of missionaries where they live and work together and employ lifestyle evangelism techniques. They have special group meetings periodically and encourage their non-Christian friends to attend church as well. Many of the international students come from Muslim, Hindu, or Animist background, so the impact of this ministry has far reaching implications.
