CinA ministries in India are divided into North and South.

In North India, Danny and Babs Cherian entered the mission field in 1977 and directed their efforts to the northern state of Rajasthan. They immediately began to develop relationships and found that by offering the community water from their newly dug well, doors of friendship were opened. They later developed a Christian elementary school and planted a church. Land was made available where they have located the school and from time to time offer pastoral training sessions for their many Christians friends in ministry. In 2005, Danny passed away, but the ministry continues as God provides resources.

In South India, the ministry is led by Paul and Leela Chandran and Joy and Jacqueline Benjamin. They have developed an association of ministries and evangelists who have planted churches and organize evangelistic events. The ministry is centered in the city of Trivandrum. One national missionary, O. Georgekutty, was sent from the South to Nagaland in the northeast, where he how has many converts and a growing church.
