| Led to Christ by Phil Blankenship, the founder and former leader of the Christians in Action Guatemala team, Guatemalan Miguel Toledo also became a CinA missionary in 1974. When Phil moved on, Miguel was appointed Director of the Central American ministries and has held the team on course. His wife, Linda (formerly Buckley), is an able office administrator. | ||
| Miguel is a gifted evangelist, a fiery preacher and team leader. He is in much demand as a skilled conference speaker, motivator of missions to national churches, and recently ministered along the Amazon in Peru. The team is looking to reopen the missionary training school. Our ministries oversee 12 churches in Guatemala and 2 in El Salvador. The social work aspect of the outreach includes a medical clinic which operates five mornings a week with Christian counseling going on simultaneously. Miguel is also the assistant Latin America Area Director of Christians in Action. | ||
