  In 1975, Noe and Elida Perez opened the CinA ministry in San Salvador, El Salvador. Their ministry continued even in the midst of some civil unrest. When they returned to the U.S. four years later, a growing church body had been established which continues to this day. In 1990, Luis Aguilar, working under CinA, planted a second church.
